If you amend your order, the price charged will be the price for the amended order. If you paid by Credit card the price difference will need to be paid separately to the GGC or any refund would need to be processed by the GGC. Please note that as promotions are only available for limited periods, any changes to your order may mean the promotions are no longer available.

Please note that all orders shall be considered confirmed unless you cancel the order before it is dispatched. You need to call us in order to cancel your order or to change your order before its dispatch. There are no cancellation charges if you cancel your order within the timelines. All the communications will be shared with you on your registered mobile number or email id.
All refund amounts, if any, shall be provided to Customer as per the payment mechanism of Customer’s choice, i.e., to the source account. In the event of a refund to the source account, estimated timelines for the same shall be 5-7 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.

You can contact us at the phone number provided to you while placing the specific order or email us with complete details of the complaint encountered by you. We shall try to fix the issue amicably. However, if there is any legal dispute, then such dispute shall be handled by a sole arbitrator appointed by us under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of Arbitration shall be English only and the location shall be New Delhi.

Once your order has been accepted, this represents an agreement between you the user and the restaurant. The restaurant has sole responsibility for this order. Cash payments are made directly to the restaurant fulfilling the order.

Delivery and/or card charges are calculated per order and based on the policy of the individual restaurant.
